Case Merit evaluations are done on the request of the patient and or legally sanctioned family members. The purpose of a Case Merit evaluation is to determine if the Court would consider the filing of, in this instance, a medical malpractice suit to have a valid basis in fact.  A Case Merit evaluation is not to be considered an expert opinion or an agreement to provide expert witness testimony at Deposition or Trial.

 

Physician Assistant Expert Witness Services, LLC will assist a requesting patient or attorney with the contact information of an appropriate medical expert (physician, physician assistant, nurse practitioner, etc.) at no additional charge. However, there is no guarantee that we would be successful in this endeavor.

 

A typed report of our findings will be directed to the retaining individual.
